SCHEDULING

Seven 3 has a new set-up for better member communication regarding the monthly schedule and trainings. For member ride days, there are 20 spots available that members are automatically signed up for. We will send out a schedule monthly. Please review and let us know by cancelling your appointment if you don’t plan on attending. Open spots will be offered to our non-member waitlist. This prioritizes members and maximizes the amount of riders on our track.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING

In addition to weekly member ride days, we will offer specialized training with a variety of coaches. These will be on the calendar and sign-up is required for members and non-members. These trainings are not included in the membership dues.

COMMUNICATIONS

Emails and SMS are now in use to keep members up to date on events, schedules, and anything you need to know. If there’s an issue with receiving these emails, or you need to change your contact information, please contact us. See details below.

CALENDAR ANNOUNCEMENTS

Every month an email will be sent out to all members with the schedule for the month. Any changes or adjustments of times and dates will be updated on the website and a follow-up email will be sent out with the updated details.

PAYMENTS

Payments are now made exclusively on the website via PayPal.

LIABILITY WAIVERS AND INTAKE FORMS

All riders are required to sign a liability waiver, and fill out an intake form prior to riding at our track. This will be accessible during sign-up through the scheduling page.
